Profile of the position:

A product manager is the person responsible for accomplishing the stated product objectives. Key product management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable product objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the multi projects as per the demand.

He or she should be adhering to all applicable certifications and compliances

Duties and Responsibilities:-

• We are looking for a highly motivated software program manager to create and deliver a new set of customer and partner focused scenarios.
• As a Product Manager you must bring a level of strategic focus and business awareness to our work. He / She must be passionate about, and represent the voice and needs of our customers and partners. He / She will be capturing and analyzing global customer requirements, and drive those into world-class solutions that deliver the wow-factor to Office. He / She will have leadership for creating multiple software features (requirements, strategy and design).
• A Product Manager has the ability to influence without leaning on authority and successfully manage cross functional teams. This individual should also have strong engagement management skills, including the ability to drive analytical rigor in decision making, strong business acumen, possess deep technical insights and with that have the ability to speak in both business and technical terms. Product Managers are advocates for end-users and customers, so your passion for anticipating customer needs and creating solutions for them will really help you shine in this role. As a Product Manager you will have the ability to lead within a product’s life cycle using evangelism, your insights, and negotiation skills to define and deliver results.

Knowledge, skill and competencies :-

• Multi tasking
• Should be able to develop the Product plan, project stakeholders
• Good team leader.
• Managing the project risk, budget, conflicts etc
• Should have ITIL Certified & Experience in ITSM Products.
• Product Development Experience is a Plus

Desired Qualification : 

Graduate or Post Graduate (Engineering – recommended). Preferably should hold degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another related field.

Experience :-

Should have 5+ yrs of experience in an IT firm, software product development and Project  Management.
