Profile of the position :-

Leading a sales team , coaching of agents & sales partners, setting-up and executing a sales & marketing activity plan. Analyzing customer needs, advising customers and answering their questions, in order to achieve the commercial objectives and optimize the relationship with stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities: - 

• Achieve country sales quota of services business
• Initiate direct contact with key large customers
• Work & leverage coverage team who would not be direct subordinates
• Grow the business to a revenue level (would be shared during interview) and eventually form a team across India
• Acquisition of new accounts from competitive account patch
• Farm the existing services accounts to enlarge existing scope and sign new contracts
• Ensure SBU profitability
• Winning referral clients
• Escalation to management, any CSAT issue
• Market/competition intelligence and accordingly strategize business plan & action

Knowledge, skill and competencies :-

• Strong understanding of FMS, RMS, PSS & MSS
• Highly aggressive and good communication skill
• Highly presentable and ability to interact with CIOs
• High industry contacts, pan India preferably
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Analytical & capability to think out-of-box
• Willing to work late and travel extensively
• Carried quota of atleast Rs.100 Cr in the past
• Number orientation

Desired Qualification  : BE/B.Tech /Diploma,Post Graduation in MBA/PGDM ( Sales/Marketing) will add an advantage


Experience : 15 - 20 years
