Job Description
Post Graduate preferably MBA in Marketing having 3-8 years of work experience in the sales of
education/service sector.
Must have experience in dealing with Government clients.
Experience in managing channel partners (preferred)
QUALIFICATION : School & Graduation - Any Graduate
SPECIALIZATION : IT / Telecommunications , Sales-IT / HARDWARE

Experience: 4 to 10 yrs
CTC: Rs. 4,50,000 - 6,00,000 p.a.
Skills and Attributes:
Candidate must possesses/exhibit the following skill sets:
- Interpersonal skills, public speaking, presentation and listening skill
- Sound understanding of Governance System and Government processes
- Appropriate insight of education, training and IT sector
- Understanding of the latest trends in education in terms of new technologies and ICT
- Understanding of potential market segment / potential customers
- Fluency in English and local language/dialect
- Network building capabilities to establish relationships with high level Government officials, Vendors and other team members
- Willing to travel extensively even on short notices
Desired Candidate Profile:
S/he will be responsible for the Business development, Project Management and other activities in the assigned Region under the purview of ICT practice.
S/he will be responsible for all targets assigned to the region for ICT. S/he will be required to reach out to potential customers, initiating dialogues to nurture and grow relationships sharing information, giving presentations to various officials on products and services, to meet defined revenue targets
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Candidate would be accountable for following activities:
- Generate business funnel for the region and achieve the assigned billing and order booking Targets for the assigned region
- Meeting and developing relationships with the prospective clients in the state
- Keep a track of Government schemes, budgets and business opportunities relevant to ICT in education market
- Plan the implementation and monitoring activities for the new/ongoing projects in the region
- To ensure the timely execution of the projects in the assigned region with the accomplishment of all the project deliverables
- To send the required plans, reports and information to the central team
- To manage, mentor and train other team members in the region and to assist them in achieving their KRAs.
