CANDIDATE PROFILE: 
The candidate should have completed any graduate degree  from a  recognized university and should not have any open CAP or Warnings.
Candidate needs to have fair knowledge on Microsoft SD, preferably worked in MSFT SD.
He /She should have fair knowledge on MS OUTLOOK, WINDOWS 7, OFFICE, VPN, Remote desktop.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent Technical,verbal & written communication skills.
Should possess good interpersonal skills & Analytical skills
Should have a high interest in training others with a willingness to learn formal training strategies
Should have the ability to work with minimal supervision and affinity for team based action planning.


JOB DESCRIPTION:-



The Services Support Rep should deliver consistent call coaching.

Need to ensure effective feedback to all the agents in a timely manner, encouraging improvement for the agent.
Work closely with operation to improve the CSAT. Correlate CSAT with Monitoring done & build strong improvement plan.
Conduct training for Bucket C agents once every month.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for agents and point of contact for account(s) with the goal of improving the contractual SLA’s.
Provide effective queue specific trainings as directed by management.
Conduct audits, random monitoring identifying training needs and bringing them to management notice.
