Profile of the position :-

Practice Head – Enterprise Solutions will take ownership of entire IT Solutions in Network, Datacenter, Enterprise Computing and Services, presales operations & will allow the team to work in conjunction with Sales Personnel & will provide strong technical support along with domain expertise to conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments, expectations, customer organization.

He or she should be adhering to all applicable certifications and compliances

Duties and Responsibilities :-

• He/ she should be well conversant with multiple technologies including server, storage, network security and physical security solutions
• Should be able to architect solutions involving multiple technologies & guide the technology specialist in designing & building these solutions.
• Should play a key role in verifying large proposals/ solutions from a techno commercial perspective
• Monitoring of Technical Project implementation, conducting trainings for the sales team, Undertaking Vendor Certifications as required by company to maintain partnership status.
• Should keep himself or herself abreast with current technological trends
• Visualize solutions and guide the team in solution designing
• Monitor Technical project implementation

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies :-

• Should be well versed with Networking (LAN/ WAN), Network security (Firewall, UTM, IPS, AV, unified communications (IP telephony, contact center solutions), Storage, Server, Virtualization, back up, DR solution, cloud computing, ISG (CCTV, Access control, IBMS, RFID)
• Should have good techno-commercial skills
• Should have good communication skills ( written and verbal)
• Should be able to give technical presentations
• Should be conversant with the current products and solutions of the following major vendors viz. Cisco, HP, IBM, EMC, Vmware, Microsoft.
• Should have an Analytical and Logical approach towards problem solving / solution design
• Should be able to work extended working hours ( based on requirement).
• Strong leadership skills

Desirable Experience & Skills

• B.E / B.Tech from Engineering background (computers or telecommunications), having valid industry standard certifications like MCSE, CCNP,CCNA,CCIE
• Master / PG in Management with Excellent Communication skills – Highly preferred

Desirable Qualification : Minimum 15 yrs of experience in IT Solutions in Network, Datacenter, Enterprise Computing and services and strong leadership quality.
