Job Description :-

The recruited individual would be working for the Business Intelligence Technical support Team and drive the core consulting, support and training activities. The Core consulting function includes interacting with clients by phone, e-mail and personally to resolve and train in all aspects of Business Intelligence which requires good Knowledge of BI, ERP and databases with good written and oral communication skills.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Understand the client Business Intelligence products and be able to meet various customers across various verticals and understand their business model to align client BI as per customer’s Business Model.

• Design and create OLAP cubes, dashboard cockpits and custom reports.

• Interact with clients in a friendly manner trying to analyze and solve any problems or doubts.

• Build client support files and simulated environments to reproduce reported errors and problems.

• Interact and discuss high level errors and problems with Brazilian support team.

• Train new support team members.

• Register in a clear and detailed way on the Knowledge Database the reported problems and its solutions for future references.

Essential Skill set:-

• Degree of Computer engineering or Computer science

• Good oral communication and written skills

• Good logical thinking

• Be confident

• Two years or more experience in ERP support/implementation

Desirable Skill set:

• Good team player

• Good Eye for detail and ability to multitask

• Infrastructure and computers networks knowledge

• Some experience in BI would be appreciated

• SQL-Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL knowledge
