- 24-month program of 3 assignment rotations with Global Research
- Technically driven projects reflecting GE business and priorities, with defined goals, reviews and deliverables
- Technical problem-solving skills developed via advance engineering coursework, formal reports and presentations to senior leadership
- Business skills developed in corporate leadership courses
- Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Material, Electronics engineering, Computer Science) with Academic Excellence
- Passion for and commitment to engineering and technology
- Commitment to quality
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
