He/She should be mature, fit and domestically secure and should able to work extended hours if required.

Required Skills
- Having good knowledge of HR from all aspects.
- Excellent Communication skills to understand and express thoughts in English, Gujarati & Hindi.
- Really understanding of people as human & their core needs.
- Ability to deal with people politely, willingness to always keep learning about people, Teamwork & body language.
- A “Can do approach” to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work.
- Proficient at MS Office & other IT technologies to do things efficiently & effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying /foresee open position, find right talents and handle complete talent acquisition
- Managing monthly payroll management.
- Helping Avinashi to build open culture in interest of team as well as Avinashi.
- Managing day to day routine tasks like Attendance, Leave management etc.
- Maintaining good balance between Management & the Team.
- Assisting management in Performance Appraisal of the Team.
- Doing training & personal development of the Team.
- Time to time survey Team Satisfaction and try to increase it by solving their problems.
- Continuously innovating/evolving best practices for high performance team culture.
