Job Purpose



As a HR Executive, a face of Avinashi, Not just doing recruitment & managing people but also nurturing an open culture to help team to achieve their personal & professional goals.

Based at  : Surat, Gujarat, INDIA

Reports to : HR Manager, CEO

Available Openings : 1

Required Skills

  • Having good knowledge of HR from all aspects.
  • Excellent Communication skills to understand and express thoughts in English, Gujarati & Hindi.
  • Really understanding of people as human & their core needs.
  • Ability to deal with people politely, willingness to always keep learning about people, Teamwork & body language.
  • A “Can do approach” to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work.
  • Proficient at MS Office & other IT technologies to do things efficiently & effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying /foresee open position, find right talents and handle complete talent acquisition
  • Managing monthly payroll management.
  • Helping Avinashi to build open culture in interest of team as well as Avinashi.
  • Managing day to day routine tasks like Attendance, Leave management etc.
  • Maintaining good balance between Management & the Team.
  • Assisting management in Performance Appraisal of the Team.
  • Doing training & personal development of the Team.
  • Time to time survey Team Satisfaction and try to increase it by solving their problems.
  • Continuously innovating/evolving best practices for high performance team culture.


Consults with

Management, Team Leaders, Project Managers  & Employee etc.

Personality

Responsible, Caring, Self-driven, Self-managed & Punctual person. Must be good listener & communicator. Keep learning & innovating People Management from all different aspects of HR. Apart from all these he/she must be charming, full of positive energy & ready to tackle any challenges in life & work.

Personal Situation

He/She should be mature, fit and domestically secure and should able to work extended hours if required.

Employment Terms : Minimum 18 months
