- Managing Auto Loans through Car Dealers, DSA's & DST
- Empanelment of new car Dealer, DSA and DST in the market
- Accountable for Sales performance and productivity of team
- Conducting training for all the channels and team on product,policy and market changes
- Managing business promotional activities with channels
- Responsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcingand healthy portfolio
- Interacting with the credit team, and getting business approvals
- Keeping close watch on competitor product, policy and marketstrategy
