Responsibilities include:

* Developing a complex application in ruby and ruby on rails

* Developing associated unit and functional tests

* Promptly fixing associated bugs

* Ability to work from partial specs and to create specs when necessary

* Participating in daily/weekly status updates

* Pro-actively suggest changes to improve the performance of reQall's products.

Requirements:

* 4+ years exp in software development with building REST-style server-side Web APIs based on HTTP, XML, JSON, OAUTH

* Love to solve tough problems and write great code

* Outstanding English communication skills

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

* Experience/Interest in Machine Learning

* 3rd party platform integration experience, including Google, Twitter, Facebook
