Job Description -
The recruited individual would be working for the Sales Team and drive the core Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Cold Calling and Market Research activities. The Sales function includes market mapping and business boosting which requires good Knowledge of Business Intelligence, ERP, and Database long with good research, Good Sales Record and good communication skills (Oral and Written)
Job Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Conduct extensive market research on the internet, identifying verticals and finding key personnel such as CXOs and other important IT contact details for prospecting
• Prospecting database generation of Enterprise Companies for entire India and Precisely for Andhra Pradesh location through intelligence gathering on customers and competitors through a range of interactive online databases
• Conduct secondary and primary research on various markets, industries and competitive landscape and competitor analysis
• Uses robust research methodologies including in-depth research techniques, use of proprietary databases to deliver high quality research findings
• Deliver insightful and original market, product or company analysis in quantitative (databases, models) and qualitative (profiles, presentations, reports) form to publishable standards
• Utilizing market analysis skill sets to feed market intelligence and transfer knowledge to team members both in terms of skills and industry knowledge
• Research markets using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques
• New database generation, market mapping, and data cleansing activities
• Maintain lead lists for sales through web research and online networking
• Responsible for calling on cold and hot leads, in the Hyderabad, India and other international market.
• Establish contacts with the "C" Level Executives.
• Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, presentations & sales campaigns
• Responsible for creating new opportunities consistently & meeting opportunity goals.
• Will be required to present software solutions & proposals to customers.
• Developing, maintaining and maturing sales pipeline by rigorously driving the lead cycle.
• Should have good Knowledge of Business Intelligence, ERP and Database of all kinds.
• Should be willing to travel with in India and Middle East
• Should have strong convincing skills and soft skills
Essential Skill set :-
• Proficiency in using secondary search tools Like Hoovers, Jigsaw, LinkedIn, Lead411, Zoominfo
• Good Communication, Written & Networking skills
• Good Eye for detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Excel, PPT and Word
• Good Research and Analytical skills
• Metrics analysis and reporting
Desired Candidate Profile:-
• Minimum 3 year of experience in lead generation and sales for custom software sales, is a must.
• Experience of working in a B2B process is required.
• Must have strong sales process knowledge, effective pipeline management techniques.
• Demonstrated & verifiable track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation quota in previous
Organizations :-
• Excellent presentation and communications skills targeted to “C” levels.
• Preferably MBA or equivalent
• Understanding of the IT industry and technology is preferred
• Team Player
• Basic Knowledge on IT and hierarchies
• Internet Savvy
• Knowledge on research
