Job Profile : 

Walkins for Desktop Support Engineer with PC Solutions on 19 Jan, 2013. The Job responsiblities and candidate profile requirement will be as follows: 

1. L1 & L2 level system support in windows domain environment.

2. System hardware support.

3. Basic networking support including switches, routers, calbling, LAN, WAN, VPN, VOIP etc.

4. Support for operating systems including installation, configuration, repair & troubleshooting.

5. Handling mail clients like MS Outlook/ Outlook Express

6. Knowledge of IT service desk operations, SLA, ticketing tool, tickets etc.

7. Knowledge of IT asset management & vendor coordination.

8. Will be responsible for resolving issues within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
