LSI is looking for a self-motivated and experienced MOSS Developer for Bangalore office, who is excited to be developing and delivering line of business information systems based on latest web tools & technologies in Microsoft MOSS/.Net platform. This person would be responsible for the full life cycle of development and support using leading-edge technologies including ASP.NET C#, Web Services, Microsoft Share Point, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, Visual Studio, SQL Server, and multiple other third party toolsets. Exposure to .NET 4.0, Office and Visual Studio 2010 are desirable.
The role requires broad knowledge & understanding of processes and IT technology. It requires the ability to develop value-added solutions by understanding requirements in depth, providing solution options & the thought leadership to define and implement optimal solutions within the resource / schedule constraints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Maintenance Support for existing MOSS/.NET based applications.
• Participate in development activities from time to time.
• Understand the existing applications and provide solutions for enhancing the effectiveness of technology and process.
• Should be a good Team Player in global team environment.
• Responsible for providing update on various project statuses during team meetings.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to balance priorities and deliver projects on time
• Able to learn new technologies
• Interact with business partners to develop improved system solutions
• Design/Improve existing system and implement improved solutions
• Proactively research functional enhancements
• Support regional requirements and business resources
• Proactively interact with the user base
REQUIREMENTS:

* Strong Technical/Programming skills
• Customer facing project experience.
• Project experience in ASP.Net, C#, Web Services, Source code control tool VSS
• Strong MOSS 2010 (MS Share Point) project experience is a must.
• Knowledge of core design patterns a plus (Facades, Data Access Objects, Singletons, etc.)
• SQL Server 2000/2005/2010, data modeling, query optimization, and stored procedures
• Strong HTML/JavaScript/XML skills
• Good Communication (both verbal and written) Skills
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently, flexible work timing & Work out of LSI Bangalore Office.
