Responsibilities:

• Prioritize, Plan, and reviews the large improvement projects
• Implement change management approaches and strategies
• Study, analyze, identify and incorporate risk handling actions in the process
• Study, analyze and track relevant technology trends, identify engineering solutions and incorporate technology solutions in the process
• Establish measurement system for the relevant process
• Handle process trainings

Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering/ Master of Business Administration/ Master of Computer Applications


Skillset:

• Software Engineering, Program Management, Applicable models like CMMi, ISO 9000, TL9000, AS9100, ITIL, ISO 20000, etc.
• Expertise in any one specific technology such as Java, .Net, SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Software Engineering and Technology Trends for services such as Application Development, Application Maintenance, Package Implementation, SI, IMS, etc.

Experience:   Minimum 84 months
