- Implement change management approaches and strategies
- Study, analyze, identify and incorporate risk handling actions in the process
- Study, analyze and track relevant technology trends, identify engineering solutions and incorporate technology solutions in the process
- Establish measurement system for the relevant process
- Handle process trainings
Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering/ Master of Business Administration/ Master of Computer Applications
Skillset:
- Software Engineering, Program Management, Applicable models like CMMi, ISO 9000, TL9000, AS9100, ITIL, ISO 20000, etc.
- Expertise in any one specific technology such as Java, .Net, SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Software Engineering and Technology Trends for services such as Application Development, Application Maintenance, Package Implementation, SI, IMS, etc.
Experience: Minimum 84 months
