Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities are summarized below. The incumbent would be expected to

• Initiate discussion and decision-making based on an up-to-date (quarterly) knowledge base of markets, clients/prospects, competitive landscape, Infosys performance and insights into future evolution in all areas
• Identify issues and opportunities and propose to the Infosys board; act upon new/untapped business growth opportunities
• Create a robust data-driven basis for developing strategic imperatives and assumptions, goals for annual strategic planning and quantitative and empirical modeling of the solutions/ strategic action plans
• Generate new business ideas through various interventions, shortlist ideas based on preliminary business case, evaluate ideas, develop business case, and recommend opportunities to create a pipeline for development of new service offerings for future growth
• Implement strategy communication plan effectively across the corporation
• Enable effective execution of key corporate strategic initiatives
• Program manage the development and review of Unit and BEF business plans, prepare business portfolio analysis, conclude investment plans, build up-to-date knowledge base of markets, clients, competitive landscape, unit performance and insights into future evolution/ projections in all areas
• Implement the strategy communication plan effectively across the corporation
• Enable effective execution of select and key corporate strategic initiatives.
• Program manage the development and review of Unit and BEF business plans, prepare business portfolio analysis, conclude on investment plans, build up-to-date knowledge base of markets, clients, competitive landscape, unit performance and insights into future evolution / projections in all areas.
• Deploy primary data collection tools, gather/ assemble data from primary, secondary and tertiary sources, build data models, coordinate with multiple functional groups in order to prepare a basis and to facilitate management discussions on annual and quarterly revenue guidance
• Continually improve the strategy planning and assurance capability of the company
• Develop and leverage competencies of the analyst team

Qualification:

Master of Business Administration/ Master of Finance Management/ Master of Commerce/ Chartered Accountant

Skillset:

Business modeling; financial analytics; business analytics; program management; business communication; design and management of planning processes; organizational change management; influencing leadership; portfolio analysis; business research; market research

Experience:   Minimum 108 months
